Seated Reiki Healing Sessions …
Sessions Last Up To 90 Minutes: Including Consultation Before & Chat Afterwards:-
£30 Per Session: (£15 deposit required via bank transfer, in advance of session)
You will be sat comfortably on a chair throughout the session. Whilst being treated, I will be revolving around your chair on an ergonomic salon stool.
My Reiki sessions do not involve physical contact. The only place I touch just very lightly at the start and end of a session, is the shoulders. But if this is problem, such as you have pain in your shoulders, please let me know.
I work upon the auric field of the body. You will remain fully clothed throughout the session. Feet flat on the floor. Removing only your watch, because the Quartz crystal can affect the way the Reiki energy works.
Please note, prior to your first Reiki session, there will be a consultation. To discuss Reiki, and for you to ask any questions that you would like me to answer.
Why Choose To Have Seated Reiki? ...
If you suffer from Mobility Issues, Disabilities, Pain, Muscle Weakness, Joint Pain. Health Conditions including Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), or Arthritis. For example... This can make lying down on a Reiki couch difficult, uncomfortable, or a huge struggle. In this instance, Seated Reiki is a much easier option.
Feeling Faint, Vertigo, Low Blood Pressure, & various other conditions which are cause of Dizziness or Balance Issues, can result in falls or fear of falling. Even Anxiety & Panic Attacks can cause feelings of dizziness. Therefore make being seated during a Reiki session, a much safer option.
Joint Pain, Muscular Pain, Shoulder Pain, Back Issues, Hip Pain, & or Knee Pain, may make lying down an uncomfortable experience, whereas sitting can ease the pressure upon the spine, joints and muscles.
The quality of treatment received is just as effective seated in a comfortable chair, as lying down upon a Reiki Couch.
What Seated Reiki Involves ...
Seated Reiki involves sitting in a comfortable chair, both feet flat on the floor. Hands relaxed upon your lap. I will guide you into a deep relaxation. In which I will ask you to take a series of deep breaths in & out, before returning to normal breathing.

Relax at home & I will travel to you with my Ergonomic Salon Stool & Reiki equipment.
Home visit costs: £30 plus taxi fares: (£25 deposit required in advance of session)
All you need is a comfortable seat in a room in which you will not be disturbed throughout your Reiki session.
