Hello ... my name is Sarah Ellis. I offer both: 'Seated Reiki Healing Sessions' in the Perry Barr, B42 area of Birmingham, & 'Distance Healing Reiki Sessions' for those of you who live further afield.
I specialise in helping people with a wide range of Chronic Physical Pain issues, including Fibromyalgia, which causes widespread muscle pain, stiffness, tenderness & fatigue, making everyday life a struggle. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (M.E.), Functional Neurological Disorder, which results in severe tremors, falls, pain, & mobility issues.
I also help people who suffer Muscle Tension, Headaches, Migraines, Neck Pain & Stiffness.
Muscle and Joint Pain including Shoulder Pain, Back pain, Knee Pain, Arthritis, & Rheumatism. People with Limited Physical Mobility.
Physical issues often result in emotional issues including anxiety, social anxiety, stress, worry & depression. Or emotional issues can cause us to suffer from physical issues. As part of a vicious circle.
Reiki treats a wide range of conditions including: physical, emotional, mental, & spiritual. Reiki works to the greatest and highest good. It travels to where it is most needed. It can quite often mean that emotional symptoms are treated first before, the Reiki treats the physical condition, or vice versa.

WHAT IS REIKI? …
The word Reiki is pronounced 'Ray - Key'. 'Rei' means 'Universal', whilst 'Ki' means 'Life Force Energy'.
Reiki is a Japanese originating 'Holistic Therapy'.
Our bodies are comprised of energy.
Reiki is a type of spiritual healing in which the practitioner uses their hands to channel energy at a high frequency, into the body. This helps balance the body's energy, aligning the seven main chakras, & clearing any blockages. Which in turn, increases the recipients energy vibration. Helping improve their overall health & wellbeing.
Reiki is a complimentary therapy which can be used alongside, but not instead of, conventional Western Medicine. Reiki is beneficial in promoting physical, emotional, mental, & spiritual wellbeing.
Reiki can help with a variety of issues including physical symptoms, physical pain, fibromyalgia, tension, grief, anxiety, stress, low self - esteem, low mood & sleep issues, which in turn promotes relaxation.

SEATED REIKI …
Seated Reiki Healing Sessions : 1 Hour up to 90 Minutes: Including Consultation Before & Chat Afterwards...
£30 Per Session: (£15 deposit required via bank transfer, in advance of session).
You will be sat comfortably on a chair throughout the session. Whilst being treated, I will be revolving around your chair on an ergonomic salon stool.
My Reiki sessions do not involve physical contact. The only place I touch just very lightly at the start and end of a session, is the shoulders. But if this is problem, such as you have pain in your shoulders, please let me know.
If it is your first Reiki session please allow at least 90 minutes, for the consultation. To discuss Reiki, and for you to ask any questions that you would like me to answer.

Relax at home & I will travel to you with my Ergonomic Salon Stool on wheels, & Reiki equipment.
£30 plus taxi fares: (£25 deposit required in advance of session)
All you need is a comfortable seat in which you will not be disturbed throughout your Reiki session.

Distance Healing Reiki ...
£30 per session (Required in Full, via bank transfer, in Advance of Reiki session)
Since Distance Healing Reiki has the ability to travel across time, space, & distance, there is no limit to various situations it can help with. Wherever you are located. Birmingham, Great Britain, another country, or over the other side of the world.
To enable it to be as effective as possible, a prior consultation via telephone is needed. If your time - zone is different to ours, there is no barrier. We can choose a time to talk that is agreeable to us both.
Reiki can be sent into the past, to help heal a situation which impacts upon our present or future situation. Reiki can also help with a present or a future upcoming situation.
Distance Healing can be sent to you at a specific, mutually agreed time. 3 am for example is a time when most of us are asleep in bed at night & when you are likely to be at your most relaxed. So is a great time to send distance healing Reki. The Reiki can also be sent to coincide for example with the time of your job interview, examination or wedding. Helping to soothe us, any anxieties, cares, & worries that we may have.
